The Pretend Friend Association: Part Nine

It's finally transplant day: June 22, 2010. Eighteen-year-old Anna Grace Shramere is about to receive a life-saving kidney transplant from her cousin. But in her case, the odds of success aren't great, and Anna Grace wonders whether or not she'll survive surgery. Meanwhile in the imaginary world, the goofy Fictional Alliance comes to the aid of the Pretend Friend Association.
